4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 cup chicken broth

8 ounces egg noodles

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 cup fresh spinach (optional)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken thighs on both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

    Sear the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. When hot, add the seasoned chicken thighs. Cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
