Ingredients

1 cup Nutella

1 cup crushed graham crackers

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts or almonds (your choice)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup cocoa powder (for rolling)

A pinch of sea salt

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the Nutella and crushed graham crackers. Stir until well blended.

Add the powdered sugar, chopped hazelnuts (or almonds), vanilla extract, and sea salt to the mixture. Mix until it forms a thick, dough-like consistency.

Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to firm up. This will make it easier to shape the truffles.

Once chilled, use your hands to scoop out small amounts of the mixture (about 1 tablespoon each) and roll them into balls.

Roll each truffle in cocoa powder to coat them evenly. Tap off any excess powder.

Place the truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate again for at least 15 minutes to set.

Serve chilled or at room temperature; they’re scrumptious either way!
