Ingredients

3 ripe bananas, sliced

1 box of vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz)

2 cups milk

1 cup heavy cream, chilled

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 box of Nilla wafers (around 11 oz)

1/2 cup toasted coconut flakes (for garnish)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until it thickens (about 2 minutes). Set aside.

In another bowl, combine the chilled heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Using an electric mixer, whip on high speed until stiff peaks form (about 3-4 minutes).

Gently fold the whipped cream into the prepared pudding mixture until well blended. This will create a light and airy texture for your pudding.

In a glass or serving dish, start layering: first a layer of Nilla wafers at the bottom, followed by a layer of banana slices, then a layer of the pudding mixture. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of the pudding on top.

Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight. This allows the flavors to meld and the wafers to soften.

Before serving, sprinkle toasted coconut flakes on top for added texture and a tropical flavor. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color.

              Prep Time: 20 minutes | Total Time: 4 hours 20 minutes | Servings: 8

                - Presentation Tips: Serve in individual cups or bowls for a personal touch, and add an extra slice of banana and a sprinkle of coconut on top of each serving for an eye-catching finish.
