Ingredients
  

Crust:

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

¼ cup granulated sugar

Filling:

1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4-5 lemons)

Zest of 2 lemons

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1 cup heavy whipping cream

½ cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

Topping:

Fresh whipped cream

Lemon slices or zest for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the Crust:

    - In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined.

      - Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Make sure to pack it tightly for stability.

        - Place the crust in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the filling.

          Make the Filling:

            - In a mixing bowl, combine the fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, and sweetened condensed milk. Whisk until smooth and well blended.
