1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably Italian seasoned)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
 

First, set up a breading station: in one bowl, place the flour; in the second bowl, beat the eggs; and in the third bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt.

    Take each mozzarella stick and coat it lightly in the flour, shaking off any excess.

      Next, dip the floured stick into the beaten eggs, ensuring it is fully coated.

        Finally, roll the stick in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently so that the breadcrumbs stick well. Repeat this process for all the mozzarella sticks.

          Once done, place the breaded mozzarella sticks on a tray and freeze them for at least 30 minutes. This step helps them hold their shape during frying.
