Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup natural peanut butter (or almond butter)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1/2 cup vanilla protein powder

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

1/4 cup M&M's (or any colorful chocolate candies)

1/4 cup chopped nuts (e.g., almonds or walnuts)

1 tsp vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, protein powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until combined.

Add the peanut butter (or almond butter) and honey (or maple syrup) to the bowl. Use a spatula or your hands to mix until the ingredients start to come together.

Pour in the vanilla extract and mix again, ensuring that everything is well combined. The mixture should be slightly sticky but hold its shape.

Fold in the mini chocolate chips, M&M's, and chopped nuts until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Once well mixed, use your hands to form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place each ball on a plate or tray lined with parchment paper.

Once all the mixture is formed into balls, place the tray in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

After chilling, enjoy your Monster Cookie Protein Balls as a healthy snack or post-workout treat!
