Ingredients

200g chicken breast, cut into chunks

200g beef steak, cubed

200g shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks

1 zucchini, sliced

4 skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes if wooden)

4 medium-sized potatoes, cut into thick fries

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Marinate the Proteins: Add the chicken chunks, beef cubes, and shrimp to the marinade. Toss until well coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare the Fries: Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F). In another bowl, toss the cut potatoes with the remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake the Fries: Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, turning halfway, until the fries are golden and crispy.

Skewer the Ingredients: While the fries are baking, thread the marinated chicken, beef, shrimp, bell pepper, and zucchini onto the soaked skewers, alternating between different foods for variety.

Grill the Skewers: Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken and beef are cooked through and slightly charred, and the shrimp are pink and cooked.

Serve the Platter: Once the skewers and fries are cooked, arrange the skewers on a large serving platter alongside the crispy fries.

Garnish and Enjoy: Sprinkle fresh parsley over the grilled skewers for a pop of color and serve immediately.
