Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend for juiciness)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

4 ounces cheddar cheese, sliced into small squares

12 slider buns

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 large tomato, sliced

1/2 cup dill pickles, sliced

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

2 tablespoons mustard

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.

Divide the beef mixture into 12 equal portions and shape each portion into a small patty, making sure they are slightly larger than the slider buns as they will shrink while cooking.

Preheat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness. A minute before they are done, place a square of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover to melt the cheese.

While the burgers are cooking, lightly toast the slider buns in a toaster or on a separate skillet until golden brown.

Assemble the sliders by spreading mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun. Add a patty with melted cheese, followed by a few slices of tomato, some shredded lettuce, and pickles.

Drizzle ketchup and mustard on top, then place the top of the bun on each slider.

Secure the sliders with toothpicks if necessary, and serve immediately.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 12 sliders

                  - Presentation Tips: Arrange the sliders on a large platter and garnish with fresh parsley. Include small bowls of extra toppings like sliced onions, jalapeños, or additional sauces for guests to customize their sliders.
