1 lb ground beef

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

12 mini slider buns

12 slices cheddar cheese

1 cup iceberg lettuce, finely shredded

1/2 cup dill pickles, sliced

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons yellow mustard

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon white vinegar

1/4 cup finely chopped red onion

Instructions
 

Prepare the Patties: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined. Form into 12 small patties.

    Cook the Patties: Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover to melt the cheese.

      Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, yellow mustard, ketchup, white vinegar, and finely chopped red onion. This will be your special Big Mac-inspired sauce.

        Assemble the Sliders: Toast the mini slider buns lightly on the skillet or grill. On the bottom half of each bun, spread a layer of the sauce. Next, add a cheeseburger patty, followed by a sprinkle of shredded lettuce and slices of pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.

          Serve: Arrange the completed mini burgers on a platter and drizzle a little extra sauce on top for added flavor before serving.
