Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

4 ounces beef bacon, chopped

1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons finely chopped onions

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

12 small slider buns

Pickles, for garnish

Ketchup and mustard, for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped beef bacon until crispy. Remove and drain excess grease on paper towels.

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, cooked bacon, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Form the mixture into small patties, about the size of a golf ball.

Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).

In the last 5 minutes of baking, slice the slider buns in half and place them on the baking sheet to toast lightly.

Assemble the sliders by placing each beef patty on the bottom half of a bun. Add a slice of pickle and the top part of the bun.

Serve warm with ketchup and mustard on the side for dipping.

Prep Time: 15 mins | Total Time: 35 mins | Servings: 6 (2 bites each)
