Ingredients

1 pound ground beef (80/20 lean-to-fat ratio)

6 slices beef bacon, chopped

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup breadcrumbs

1 large egg

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

12 slider buns or mini sesame seed buns

Pickles, lettuce, and tomato slices for toppings

Ketchup and mustard for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cook the Bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped beef bacon until it becomes crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels to absorb excess grease.

Prepare the Beef Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cooked bacon, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

Form the Patties: Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape each portion into a small patty, about the size of your slider buns.

Bake the Patties: Place the patties on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) and are fully cooked.

Assemble the Bites: Once cooked, remove the patties from the oven and let them rest for a couple of minutes. Slice the slider buns in half and layer a patty on the bottom half of each bun. Add pickles, lettuce, and tomato slices on top of the patties before placing the top bun over them.

Serve: Serve the mini cheeseburgers with ketchup and mustard on the side for dipping or drizzling.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 12 bites

                  - Presentation Tips: Arrange the burger bites on a large platter with toothpicks for easy serving. Add extra pickles and small bowls of condiments for a colorful and appetizing display.
