2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/4 cup granulated sugar

16 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup marshmallow fluff

1/4 cup sour cream

1 cup chocolate chips (optional, for garnish)

Fresh berries (for garnish, optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes. Remove and let cool completely.

    Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until incorporated.

      Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

        Combine Flavors: Add mini marshmallows, marshmallow fluff, and sour cream to the cream cheese mixture. Gently fold until everything is evenly mixed and the marshmallows are distributed.

          Assemble the Cheesecake: Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly. Smooth the top with a spatula.

            Chill: Cover the cheesecake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow it to set properly.
