Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon honey

Juice of 1 lemon

Zest of 1 lemon

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Salt and pepper to taste

½ cup heavy cream

¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Marinade: In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Marinate the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets in a large resealable bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the salmon, ensuring each fillet is well-coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours).

Bake the Salmon: Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on a lined baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Create the Sauce: While the salmon is baking, pour the remaining marinade into a small saucepan. Add the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce thickens slightly.

Serve: Once the salmon is done, drizzle the creamy sauce over each fillet. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
