Ingredients

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 large egg, beaten

2 tablespoons olive oil

Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix well.

In another bowl, beat the egg and add the olive oil, whisking together until well combined.

Dip each shrimp into the egg mixture, allowing any excess to drip off. Then, coat the shrimp in the panko mixture, pressing gently to ensure it sticks.

Arrange the coated shrimp on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, making sure they aren’t touching.

Bake the shrimp for about 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.

Once done, remove from the oven and let the shrimp cool for a minute before serving.

Serve the Magic Crispy Baked Shrimp with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the top.
