Ingredients

8 slices of deli turkey breast

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced

1 avocado, sliced

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried dill

Freshly ground black pepper to taste

8 slices of bell pepper (for added crunch and color)

Instructions

In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, garlic powder, dried dill, and black pepper. Mix until well blended to create a savory spread.

Lay out a slice of turkey breast on a clean cutting board or plate.

Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture on the turkey slice, covering it evenly.

Place a few fresh spinach leaves on top of the cream cheese.

Add slices of cucumber and avocado on top of the spinach, arranging them evenly.

Optionally, place thin slices of bell pepper on top for extra crunch and flavor.

Starting from one end, carefully roll the turkey slice tightly over the fillings to create a roll-up.

Repeat with the remaining turkey slices until all ingredients are used.

If desired, slice each roll-up in half diagonally for an attractive presentation.

                    Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 15 minutes | Servings: 4 (2 roll-ups each)

                      - Presentation Tips: Arrange the roll-ups on a platter, and garnish with a few spinach leaves and cucumber slices for a fresh touch. Serve with a side of low-carb dipping sauce, such as a yogurt dill dip, for added flavor. Enjoy!
