Ingredients
  

1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 lemons (juice and zest)

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Whisk the ingredients together until well blended.

    Add the boneless chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade. Make sure each piece is fully covered.

      Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours for more flavor).

        Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

          Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting excess marinade drip off, but reserving the marinade for later use.

            Place the chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Be careful not to overcrowd the basket; cook in batches if necessary.

              Air fry the chicken thighs at 400°F (200°C) for 18-20 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time. The chicken is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

                While the chicken is cooking, you can heat the reserved marinade in a small saucepan and simmer for a few minutes to serve as a drizzle over the cooked chicken, if desired.

                  Once cooked, remove the chicken thighs from the air fryer and let them rest for about 5 minutes before serving.

                    Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with your favorite side dishes!
