1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup dill pickles, diced

1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sugar-free ketchup

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions
 

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.

    Season the beef with onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to mix in the spices and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the flavors meld, then remove from heat.
