Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese

4-5 fresh jalapeños, seeded and diced

1/2 cup green onions, chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: tortilla chips or baguette slices for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Add the shredded cheddar and pepper jack cheeses to the mixture, reserving a small handful for topping later.

Fold in the diced jalapeños, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish (approximately 9x9 inches works well) and smooth the top with a spatula.

Sprinkle the reserved cheeses over the top of the dip for a nice cheesy crust.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the top is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
