Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 cup roasted red peppers, sliced

1 cup sliced salami

1 cup sliced pepperoni

1/2 cup black olives, sliced

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Freshly cracked black pepper to taste

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Optional garnish: fresh basil leaves

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with Italian seasoning and freshly cracked black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface and spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture over the entire tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

Evenly layer the roasted red peppers, salami, pepperoni, black olives, and fresh spinach leaves across the cream cheese spread.

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the toppings to add extra flavor.

Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape. Ensure that the fillings are held within as you roll.

Once all the tortillas are rolled, wrap them in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

After chilling, remove the plastic wrap and use a sharp knife to cut the rolled tortillas into 1-inch thick pieces.

Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter, garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired, and serve with toothpicks for easy eating.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 45 minutes | Servings: 12-16 pinwheels

                    - Presentation Tips: Serve the Italian pinwheels on a colorful platter with dips like marinara or pesto on the side for added flavor and visual appeal.
