Ingredients

1 lb (450g) ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until fully combined.

Pop open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a small round disc about 4 inches in diameter.

Spoon a generous amount of the burger mixture (about 1 tablespoon) into the center of each flattened biscuit.

Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling to form a ball, pinch to seal tightly, and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush the tops of the bombs with melted butter, ensuring they are well coated.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuit shells are golden brown and cooked through.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Prep Time: 15 mins | Total Time: 35 mins | Servings: 12 bombs
