Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: diced pickles or jalapeños for added crunch

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.

Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese until evenly distributed.

Open the can of biscuit dough and separate it into individual pieces. Flatten one biscuit into a circle, about 4 inches in diameter, using your fingers or a rolling pin.

Place a tablespoon of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of the flattened biscuit.

If desired, add a few pieces of diced pickles or jalapeños on top of the beef mixture for an extra kick.

Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit circle over the filling, pinching to seal tightly.

Repeat this process for all the biscuits and filling until you have formed all the bombs.

Brush the tops of the bombs with the melted butter to help them get a golden and crispy exterior.

Place the bombs on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Prep Time: 20 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes | Servings: 12 bombs

                          - Presentation Tips: Serve the Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs on a rustic wooden board or platter, drizzled lightly with any remaining melted butter and sprinkled with more Parmesan cheese for a gourmet touch.
