Ingredients

1 lb ground pork sausage

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup green onions, chopped

1/2 cup sweet corn, drained and rinsed

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking spray or olive oil for baking

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray it with cooking spray.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, and softened cream cheese. Mix until well combined.

Add the panko breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, sweet corn, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is evenly incorporated.

Using your hands, shape the mixture into small bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Once all the mixture is shaped, lightly spray the top of the bites with cooking spray or drizzle with a little olive oil for extra crispiness.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bites are golden brown and the sausage is fully cooked.

Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving. These bites can be served warm or at room temperature.
