Ingredients

2 pounds Little Smokies sausages

1 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite brand)

1 cup grape jelly

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Instant Pot: Begin by ensuring your Instant Pot is plugged in and set to the sauté function. This will preheat the pot for quicker cooking.

Mix the Sauce: In a medium bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, grape jelly, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.

Add the Smokies: Pour the Little Smokies sausages into the Instant Pot. Then, drizzle the sauce mixture over the sausages, ensuring they are well coated.

Pressure Cook: Close the lid of the Instant Pot and set the valve to the sealing position. Select the manual or pressure cook function, and set the timer for 5 minutes.

Release Pressure: Once the cooking time is complete, carefully perform a quick release by turning the valve to the venting position. Be cautious of steam.

Serve: After the pressure has fully released, open the lid. Give the Little Smokies a gentle stir to coat them in the sauce. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with chopped green onions, if desired.

Enjoy: Serve hot as an appetizer, party snack, or a fun addition to any gathering!
