Ingredients

2 pounds chicken wings

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup truffle oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken wings, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the wings are fully coated with the spices.

Arrange the seasoned chicken wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not overlapping for even cooking.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until the wings are crispy and browned.

While the wings are baking, prepare the garlic sauce. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the minced garlic and truffle oil. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes, until the garlic is fragrant but not burnt. Stir in the red pepper flakes and then remove the pan from heat.

Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and immediately toss them in the warm garlic and truffle oil mixture until well coated.

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the wings, ensuring an even distribution. Return the wings to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.

Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley for a pop of color.
