Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning

1 lb lump crab meat, picked over for shells

1/4 cup chopped green onions

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish

Tortilla chips or baguette slices for serving

Instructions

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Mix the base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use a hand mixer or a whisk to blend until smooth and creamy.

Add cheese and seasonings: Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and Old Bay seasoning. Mix well until evenly combined.

Fold in crab: Carefully fold in the lump crab meat and chopped green onions. Be gentle to avoid breaking up the crab too much. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer to baking dish: Pour the mixture into a greased 8x8-inch baking dish or a similar-sized oven-proof dish, spreading it evenly.

Bake: Place in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and slightly golden on top.

Garnish and serve: Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm with tortilla chips or baguette slices for dipping.
