Ingredients

4 tilapia fillets (about 6 ounces each)

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

1/4 cup honey

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh lemon wedges (for serving)

Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.

Prepare the Honey Mustard Mixture: In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard and honey until well combined. Set aside.

Prepare the Crust Mixture: In another bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture and stir until the breadcrumbs are evenly coated.

Coat the Tilapia: Place the tilapia fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Using a brush or spoon, spread a generous amount of the honey mustard mixture over each fillet.

Add the Crust: Press the breadcrumb mixture onto the honey mustard-coated fillets, ensuring they are well covered for maximum crunch.

Bake the Fillets: Bake the tilapia in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is flaky and the crust is golden brown. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).

Serve: Remove the tilapia from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Serve with fresh lemon wedges and garnish with chopped parsley for added flavor and presentation.
