4 cups fresh corn kernels (about 6-8 ears of corn)

1/4 cup unsalted butter

1/4 cup honey

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for a kick)

2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
 

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat until it begins to bubble slightly.

    Add the honey to the melted butter, stirring continuously until well combined and heated through for about 1-2 minutes.

      Stir in the corn kernels, salt, black pepper, and if using, the cayenne pepper.

        Cook the corn mixture, frequently stirring, for about 8-10 minutes until the corn is tender and fragrant.

          Taste and adjust the seasoning, adding more salt or honey if desired.

            Once cooked, remove from heat and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
