Ingredients

1 lb salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized cubes

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Salmon: Pat the salmon cube pieces dry with paper towels. This helps them sear better. Season with salt and pepper on all sides.

Make the Honey Butter Glaze: In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add Flavors: Stir in the honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice into the saucepan. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, letting the mixture bubble gently until it slightly thickens. Then remove from heat.

Cook the Salmon Bites: In a non-stick skillet, heat a bit of oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned salmon cubes to the pan in a single layer, cooking for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown and cooked through.

Glaze the Salmon: Pour the honey butter glaze over the cooked salmon bites in the skillet. Gently toss the salmon in the glaze to coat them evenly, and allow to simmer in the glaze for an additional 2 minutes.

Serve: Remove from heat and let the salmon sit for a minute. Transfer the salmon bites to a serving plate and garnish with fresh parsley.

              Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 25 minutes | Servings: 4

                - Presentation Tips: Serve the salmon bites on a platter or individual small plates, drizzling extra glaze on top and adding a few lemon wedges alongside for a refreshing touch.
