Ingredients

2 cups finely dehydrated onions

1 cup beef bouillon granules

1/4 cup onion powder

1/4 cup garlic powder

2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes

1 tablespoon ground black pepper

1 tablespoon paprika

1 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

Instructions

Begin by preheating your oven to 150°F (65°C) if you are using fresh onions to dehydrate them.

If using fresh onions, finely chop them and spread them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 4-6 hours or until completely dried and brittle. Let them cool.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the dehydrated onions, beef bouillon granules, onion powder, garlic powder, dried parsley, ground black pepper, paprika, sugar, and salt.

Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Transfer the mixture to an airtight container or an empty spice jar. Store in a cool, dry place.

Use within 6 months for optimal flavor. Use 1 tablespoon of this mix for every cup of liquid to create a tasty onion soup or seasoning blend.
