Ingredients

1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup brown sugar, packed

1 cup pecans, chopped

1 cup sweetened shredded coconut

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

3 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon cinnamon

1 cup marshmallows (miniature or regular, halved)

Whipped cream for serving (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Make the Crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers with melted butter. Mix well until all the crumbs are coated. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan to form an even crust.

Prepare the Filling: In a separate bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, chopped pecans, shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon until well combined.

Add Marshmallows: Gently fold in the marshmallows into the filling mixture.

Assemble the Pie: Pour the filling mixture into the prepared crust, spreading it evenly.

Bake: Place the pie in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the filling is set and the top is lightly golden.

Cool and Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool completely on a wire rack. Cut into slices, serve with whipped cream if desired, and enjoy!
