Ingredients
  

1 pound ground beef

1 cup uncooked white rice

2 cups beef broth

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Once the beef is cooked through, drain any excess fat.

      Sauté Aromatics: Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the beef, cooking until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

        Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture, uncooked rice, beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and mixed vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

          Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread it out evenly.

            Add Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the casserole.

              Bake: Cover the casserole with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, until the rice is tender and the cheese is bubbly and golden.

                Garnish and Serve: Once done baking, remove from the oven and let the casserole sit for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired before serving.
