Ingredients

12 slider rolls (Hawaiian rolls work great)

1 pound thinly sliced ham (preferably honey or smoked)

8 ounces Swiss cheese (or your favorite cheese, sliced)

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon poppy seeds

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Sliders: In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, cut the entire batch of slider rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half in the dish.

Layer the Filling: Evenly layer the ham over the bottom half of the rolls, followed by the Swiss cheese slices. Place the top half of the rolls on top.

Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.

Brush the Sauce: Drizzle or brush the sauce mixture evenly over the tops of the slider rolls, making sure to coat them well.

Bake: Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired, and cut into individual sliders. Serve warm and enjoy!
