8 slices of thick-cut bacon

1 cup spinach, sautéed and chopped

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh herbs (like parsley or thyme) for garnish

Prepare the Stuffing: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sautéed spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until well blended.

    Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

      Stuff the Chicken: Take each chicken breast and create a pocket by slicing it horizontally without cutting all the way through. Fill each pocket generously with the cream cheese and spinach mixture.
