Ingredients

1 lb ground beef or turkey

2 medium potatoes, chopped

2 carrots, sliced

1 red bell pepper, diced

1 small red onion, chopped

1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon dried thyme

Salt and pepper to taste

Aluminum foil

Instructions

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef or turkey, chopped potatoes, sliced carrots, diced bell pepper, chopped onion, corn, minced garlic, olive oil, smoked paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix all the ingredients well until thoroughly combined.

Cut large squares of aluminum foil (about 12x12 inches) to create individual packets.

Spoon an even amount of the meat and vegetable mixture onto the center of each foil square.

Fold the sides of the foil up over the mixture and then fold over the ends to create a sealed packet. Make sure they are tightly sealed to prevent any juices from leaking out.

Place the foil packets directly on the grill. Cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time for even heat distribution. The packets should be puffed and the ingredients cooked through.

Carefully remove the packets from the grill and let them cool for a few minutes. Open cautiously, as steam will escape.

                Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 40 minutes | Servings: 4

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve each packet on a plate and gently unfold the foil for a rustic presentation. Garnish with fresh herbs like parsley or chives for an added touch of color and flavor. Enjoy family-style by allowing everyone to dig into their own packet!
