Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 medium tomato, diced

1/4 cup pickles, sliced

1/4 cup ketchup

1/4 cup mustard

Instructions

Preheat your grill or grill pan on medium-high heat.

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.

Shape the beef mixture into four even patties.

Place the patties on the preheated grill, cooking for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and a meat thermometer reads 160°F (70°C).

During the last minute of cooking, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of each patty and close the grill lid to help melt the cheese.

While the burgers are cooking, warm the tortillas on a separate skillet or directly on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.

Once the patties are cooked and the cheese is melted, remove them from the grill.

To assemble the wraps, place a burger patty on each tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to secure all the fillings inside.

Optional: Grill the wraps seam-side down for 1-2 minutes until crisp and golden.

Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately with extra ketchup or mustard on the side.
