Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 slices cheddar cheese

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 medium tomato, diced

1/2 cup pickles, sliced

1/4 cup ketchup

1/4 cup mustard

Olive oil for grilling

Instructions

Prepare the Meat: In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined to avoid overworking the meat.

Form Patties: Shape the seasoned meat into four equal patties, about 1/2 inch thick.

Preheat the Grill: Heat a grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly coat with olive oil to prevent sticking.

Cook the Patties: Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until cooked to your desired doneness. In the last minute of cooking, place one slice of cheddar cheese on each patty, covering it with a lid to help melt the cheese.

Prepare the Wraps: While the patties are cooking, lay the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Spread a thin layer of ketchup and mustard on each tortilla.

Assemble the Wraps: Once the patties are cheesy and cooked, place one patty in the center of each tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and pickles.

Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.

Grill the Wraps: Return the wraps to the grill seam-side down. Lightly brush the outside of the wraps with olive oil and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

Slice and Serve: Remove the wraps from the grill and let them rest for a minute. Slice in half at a diagonal to showcase the cheesy goodness inside.

                    Prep Time: 15 mins | Total Time: 30 mins | Servings: 4

                      - Presentation Tips: Serve the wraps on a platter with extra ketchup and mustard on the side for dipping. Garnish with fresh herbs or a sprinkle of sesame seeds for added color.
