Ingredients

1 pound ground beef (80/20 blend)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large tortilla wraps

4 slices of cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 large tomato, diced

1/2 cup pickles, sliced

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon mustard

Olive oil for grilling

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until well combined.

Form the seasoned beef into four equal patties.

Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and lightly brush with olive oil.

Grill the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness. During the last minute of grilling, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and close the grill lid to melt.

While the patties are grilling, warm the tortilla wraps in a skillet for a few seconds on each side to make them pliable.

Once the patties are done, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a minute.

To assemble each wrap, spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise, a drizzle of ketchup, and mustard on the warm tortilla.

Layer with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, pickle slices, and place a cheeseburger patty on top.

Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then roll it tightly from the bottom to form a wrap.

Optionally, grill the assembled wraps for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
