Ingredients
  

2 cups red grapes, halved

2 cups green grapes, halved

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts)

1/2 cup mini marshmallows (optional)

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, honey, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth and well combined.

    Gently fold in the halved red and green grapes until they are fully coated in the creamy mixture.

      If using, add the mini marshmallows and chopped pecans to the salad, folding them in lightly.

        Taste and adjust sweetness if desired by adding more honey.

          Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

            Before serving, garnish with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color and added flavor.
