Ingredients

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes

1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare Biscuits: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the dough into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly in your hand.

Fill with Cheese: Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit. Fold the edges over the cheese and pinch to seal, ensuring the cheese is fully enclosed.

Prepare Garlic Butter: In a small mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and crushed red pepper flakes if using.

Coat the Bombs: Dip each filled biscuit bomb into the garlic butter mixture, making sure they are completely coated. Place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Sprinkle Parmesan: After placing all the bombs on the baking sheet, sprinkle shredded Parmesan cheese over the tops for added flavor.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and puffed up.

Garnish and Serve: Once baked, remove the biscuit bombs from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
