4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

8 oz (1 package) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 large egg

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and diced

1/2 cup whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)

Additional Golden Oreo crumbs for topping (optional)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.

    Prepare the Crust: In a bowl, mix the crushed Golden Oreos with the melted butter until well combined. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form an even layer. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and allow it to cool slightly.
