Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup cream cheese, softened

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the Beef Mixture: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef, minced garlic, and chopped onion. Cook until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.

Add Flavors: Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.

Incorporate Cheeses: Allow the beef mixture to cool slightly, then mix in the cheddar cheese and softened cream cheese until well combined.

Prepare Dough: Roll out the crescent roll dough on a lightly floured surface. Separate it into the triangle sections as indicated on the can.

Form the Bombs: Place a heaping tablespoon of the beef and cheese mixture at the wider end of each triangle. Fold the sides over and then roll to enclose the filling, ensuring it is tightly sealed.

Egg Wash and Bake: Place the formed bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush each with the beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds on top for added texture.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.

Cool and Serve: Remove from the oven and let them cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
