Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

1 package (1 lb) refrigerated biscuit dough

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: additional shredded cheese for topping

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.

In another bowl, blend the cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese together until smooth.

Shape the beef mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

Take a piece of biscuit dough and flatten it in your palm. Place a meatball in the center, add a spoonful of the cheese mixture on top, and wrap the dough around the meatball, pinching to seal.

Place the formed garlic Parmesan cheeseburger bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-18 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.

If desired, sprinkle with additional shredded cheese during the last 5 minutes of baking for extra cheesy goodness.

Once baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley for a fresh touch.

Prep Time: 20 minutes | Total Time: 40 minutes | Servings: 12 bombs

                      - Presentation Tips: Arrange the cheeseburger bombs on a serving platter and serve with a side of ketchup or a garlic aioli for dipping. You can also garnish with extra parsley for added color and freshness.
