Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

½ cup cream cheese, softened

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough

2 tablespoons butter, melted

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Form small meatballs (about 1 tablespoon each) from the ground beef mixture and cook them in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally until browned. They do not need to be fully cooked, as they will finish cooking in the oven.

In another bowl, mix together the cheddar cheese and cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

Take the refrigerated crescent roll dough and unroll it. Separate it into its triangles.

Place about 1 teaspoon of the cheese mixture at the wider end of each crescent triangle, then top with a meatball. Roll the dough tightly around the filling and place the seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush the tops of the bombs with melted butter and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over each one.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 12 bombs
