Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 package (16 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 tablespoon melted butter

1 tablespoon dried parsley (for garnish)

Salt to taste

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Beef Mixture: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until thoroughly combined.

Form the Patties: Divide the beef mixture into 8 equal portions. Flatten each portion in your hands, then place a tablespoon of cheddar cheese in the center. Fold the beef around the cheese and shape it into a ball, ensuring the cheese is fully enclosed.

Prepare the Crescent Rolls: Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles as directed on the package.

Wrap the Patties: Take one beef ball and place it in the center of a crescent dough triangle. Fold the dough over the beef to completely encase it, pinching the seams to seal. Repeat with the remaining beef balls.

Brush with Butter: Place the wrapped cheeseburger bombs on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the melted butter over the tops of each bomb. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over them.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.

Garnish and Serve: Remove the bombs from the oven and let them cool slightly. Sprinkle with dried parsley for a pop of color and serve warm.
