Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)

1 tablespoon melted butter

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully incorporated.

Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a round shape using your hands or a rolling pin.

Place a generous tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit.

Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling, pinching to seal it tightly. Shape it into a ball and place it seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush each cheeseburger bomb with melted butter for a golden finish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked.

Once done, remove from the oven and allow them to cool slightly.

Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving for a pop of color and freshness.
