Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.

Prepare the Beef Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined.

Form Beef Balls: Divide the beef mixture into 12 equal portions and roll them into balls.

Prepare Biscuit Dough: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a disc about 4 inches in diameter.

Assemble the Bombs: Place a beef ball in the center of each biscuit disc. Top with a teaspoon of cheddar cheese and a pinch of grated Parmesan cheese. Fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling, pinching to seal tightly.

Arrange the Bombs: Place the assembled cheeseburger bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush with Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic. Brush this mixture generously over each bomb.

Sprinkle with Parmesan: Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the tops of the bombs.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the meat is cooked through.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
