Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp salt

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated pizza dough

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

1 tbsp olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Beef Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix until fully combined.

Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and cook the beef mixture until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Add Cheeses: Remove from heat and stir in the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until melted and well incorporated.

Prepare the Dough: Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface. Cut the dough into 8 equal squares.

Fill the Dough: Take about 2 tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture and place it in the center of each pizza dough square. Fold the corners of the square over the filling to create a ball and pinch to seal tightly.

Egg Wash: Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with the beaten egg to give them a golden brown color when baked.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
