Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 (16 oz) tube of refrigerated biscuit dough

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons butter, melted

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Open the biscuit dough tube and separate the dough into individual biscuit portions. Flatten each biscuit into a small round disc on a lightly floured surface.

Scoop about 1 to 2 tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture into the center of each biscuit disc.

Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling, pinching it together to seal it completely. Form into a ball shape.

Place each filled biscuit seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with grated Parmesan cheese. Brush the mixture over the tops of each bomb, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the bombs are golden brown and fully cooked.

Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Prep Time: 20 minutes | Total Time: 40 minutes | Servings: 12 bombs

                      - Presentation Tips: Arrange the bombs on a large platter and serve them with a side of marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
