Garlic Parmesan Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (about 6 slices)

2 tbsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp salt

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it's browned. Drain excess fat and return to the skillet.

Add Seasonings: Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to combine flavors. Remove from heat.

Mix in Cheese and Bacon: Allow the beef mixture to cool slightly, then add the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon. Stir until well combined.

Prepare the Crescent Dough: Open the can of crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. You should have 8 triangles.

Assemble the Bombs: On each crescent triangle, place a generous tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center. Roll up the triangle around the filling, tucking the ends to ensure the filling is securely inside. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Add the Garlic Parmesan Topping: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter with grated Parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture over the tops of the rolled dough bombs.

Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crescent rolls are golden brown.

Serve: Once baked, let them cool for a minute. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
