Garlic Parmesan Alfredo Lobster Tails

2 lobster tails

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

8 oz fettuccine pasta

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Carefully split the lobster tails in half lengthwise using a sharp knife. Remove any loose shell fragments and place the tails on a baking sheet, meat side up.

      In a saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.

        Stir in the heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Reduce the heat to low and add the Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until the cheese is melted and the sauce thickens.

          Pour half of the creamy garlic Parmesan sauce over the lobster tails, ensuring the meat is well coated.

            Bake the lobster tails in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.

              While the lobster is baking, cook the fettuccine pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Drain and toss with the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, lemon juice, and salt to taste.

                Remove the lobster tails from the oven and drizzle the remaining sauce over them. Optional: broil for an additional 2 minutes for a delightful golden crust.

                  Serve the lobster tails on a bed of the buttery fettuccine pasta. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
